Graduate students: The Yang lab is currently looking for highly motivated graduate students to work on biofilm and motility regulation as well as the research and development of novel antimicrobials. Candidates with training and experiences in microbiology, biochemistry and other bio-related fields are encouraged to apply. You may join our lab through one of following graduate programs:

Undergraduates: We are committed to providing research experiences to our undergraduates to the maximum capacity as permitted by available lab space and positions. Students in bioscience-related fields including biochemistry, microbiology and biology are welcome to inquire about these opportunities. Preferences will be given to students starting their junior year with good standing. Those that are historically underrepresented and underserved at academic institutions are especially welcome.
